Masters Roofing is a family owned & operated company that has been providing its services to Oldham County, Louisville Metro, and Southern Indiana for over 36 years.
Doug Pitcock founded Masters Roofing in 1990. With a focus on high quality work and customer service, he was able to create a company that soon became a household name throughout the community. His two sons, Matt & Jake, have followed in his footsteps, both with the company today. Bill Matthews rounds out the team with over 30 years of experience with Masters Roofing.

Doug Pitcock
Founder
Founded by Doug in 1990, Masters Roofing has grown from the ground up into a trusted staple of the local community. After more than 36 years of dedicated service, Doug passed the company on to his two sons, Matt and Jake, ensuring the family legacy continues for years to come.
Matt Pitcock
Owner & President
With over 24 years at Masters Roofing and a Business Administration degree from Bellarmine University, Matt brings deep expertise in company management and roof estimating.

Outside of work, he loves spending time with his wife Sarah, son Carter, and their two dogs.
Jake Pitcock
Co-Owner & Vice President
Jake has been with Masters Roofing for over 22 years, specializing in roof estimates and repairs.

When he's not working, he enjoys spending his free time with his wife Karissa & their two dogs
Bill Matthews
Sales & Services
Bill has been with Masters Roofing for over 30 years. An experienced veteran, Bill specializes in roof estimates and repairs.
